Refund policy

Most items from The School Psychologist Store are made to order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size or color, so please review the product details and size information before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us at mikethepsy@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with our fulfillment provider to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, when eligible.

If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can look into it with the fulfillment provider or carrier.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
